3. Recommended Installation Procedure
Joint Spacing Technique: It is mandatory to use tile spacers or wedges to maintain a 2-3mm gap. This expansion joint helps dissipate thermal stress, effectively preventing tile buckling or popping during hot weather.
Surface Leveling: Ensure the substrate is perfectly flat. Use a tile leveling system (wedges/clips) during installation to prevent lippage (uneven edges between adjacent tiles).
Finishing: Thoroughly clean dust and debris from the joints before grouting to enhance adhesion. Restrict physical impact or traffic on the floor while waiting for the adhesive to cure (set).
